On the morning of June 16, Mr. Alexandre Katrangi, Co-Founder of Licorne Gulf Holding, led a delegation to visit the Secretariat of the ZGC Global High-Level Think Tank Alliance (hereinafter referred to as ''ZGCTA'') for exchange and discussion. Li Junkai, Secretary-General of ZGCTA and Director of the Center for International and Regional Cooperation at the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology, presided over the meeting.

Li Junkai extended a warm welcome to Mr. Alexandre Katrangi and his delegation, and introduced the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology and ZGCTA. She noted that ZGCTA leverages the ZGC Forum to build a multilateral platform for scientific and technological cooperation and exchange, boasting core strengths in coordinating scientific and technological innovation resources, organizing international events, and pooling high-level intellectual resources. She expressed ZGCTA's expectation to deepen cooperation with Qatari partner organizations in areas such as think tank collaboration, international forums, and industrial investment matchmaking, to achieve complementary advantages and mutual benefits.

Mr. Alexandre Katrangi introduced his team's extensive experience and strong local implementation capabilities in Qatar and the Gulf region. He stated that relying on a mature joint venture operation model for multinational think tanks, his team has long undertaken official projects for the Qatari government, including organizing high-level forums, facilitating industrial investment matchmaking, and conducting think tank research. With a comprehensive network of local government and enterprise resources as well as a complete implementation service system, he expressed willingness to establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with ZGCTA.

The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation intentions, including building a two-way resource linkage platform between China and Qatar, promoting regular bilateral technical cooperation, investment matchmaking, and academic exchanges. They agreed to work together to form a complete cooperation cycle encompassing event organization, resource matching, think tank research, and achievement transformation. This symposium laid a solid foundation for ZGCTA's cooperation with the Qatari region.

Mr. Zou Yicheng, Deputy Director of the Zhongguancun-Gulf Cooperation Council States Innovation Incubation Service, Mr. Ezzat Jarad, Managing Director of Silver Rock Group, and relevant key personnel from the ZGCTA Secretariat Office attended the symposium.
